Luxury 2 Bedroom Apartment, Broad street Birmingham

We liked the location. The apartment was lovely but needed a bit of a refresh in paintwork. Walls had marks on them. We were unable to work the TV and there was no long mirror (an essential when 4 girls are getting ready!!) The door handle to the apartment was loose. We will definitely stay again. Thanks.

Good location for a girls weekend.

It was dirty, hole in wall, sick splashes down the bathroom door, used condom under bed, WiFi didn’t work so no television either. Chewing gum stuck to wall, broken door handle and tiny stained bath towels

This was a very disappointing trip. I highly recommend not staying here. The host said they had WiFi, but there was no internet for three days. I couldn't get in touch with them, and they didn't respond. Their attitude was extremely bad! Such a great platform shouldn't allow such a rubbish host to stay here!

Clean affordable

Electric cooker not working, could not cook or maje breakfast, had to eat out. Bedroom door handle broke, my disabled mum got locked in the bedroom, could not open the door from the inside of the bedroom . 2nd bedroom mattress springs coming out of mattress. Had to sleep on sofa
