Location is as I wanted and being on the ground floor a bonus.

The property needs lots of work done to bring it up to a better standard. Floor panelling needs replacing, cupboard door and bathroom door are damaged. The bedroom radiators need attention and carpet in salon area should be thrown out. Generally this property is not up standard for the price that was charged. Could not recommend in this condition.
