Big clean room, great communication with host

It was very clean, and comfortable, the shower was great, location for Utilita arena is perfect.

Unfortunately there is a musty damp eggy smell, the breakfast was a croissant each, a pain au chocolate each, a small carton of orange with a straw to share. The fruit was a bit out of date. But we did eat out anyway.

Great size, comfortable bed, all the appliances you may need provided. Good tea, coffee facilities. Some pastry provided together with water and orange juice.

Could do with some hooks for a towels in the bathroom. Ther was sewer smell that needs to be addressed as at times it was unbearable.

Good location. Very close to Brindley Place. Bathroom was clean and so was bedding. Bed was nice and comfy Fresh pastries were left for breakfast

Poor kitchen facilities and no condiments left for us. The entrance isn’t the best and a little off putting. The whole place could do with a bit of TLC and the apartment felt very cramped. Also be aware your right above a nightclub !!! The music blares under the Floor until early hours !!

Really lovely and communicative host. Apartment was well presented and decor was modern and fresh. The bathroom was lovely.

The room I stayed in was not the room listed/photographed on Booking.com, which was a bit odd. There was a really awful sulphuric/sewage smell throughout the apartment, which was the most disappointing thing as otherwise it would have been quite lovely. One of the windows didn't lock, which means it could have easily been opened from the outside. Some of the pre-packaged food in the breakfast box was weeks out of date. Advertised as having a Nespresso machine, but no pods provided which is a bit of a pity.

everywhere was dirty.What food there was was opened and in a tupperware box and out of the packet.How old they were heaven knows. I have pictures I would like to share with you. not enough towels no soap in the dispenser in the bathroom sink.Fire Extinguisher no label when last checked or serviced. Entrance to accomadation was absolutely filthy. Again looked like never swept or mopped for some Time. Equipment next to entrance exit. No fire exit signage.Very very noisy till early hours with bar right below.Leaving accomadation outside front door absolutely trashed beer glasses cigarette stubs everywhere. All in all place was disgusting.Very poor for Booking .com . I would like to discuss with someone in reference to reimbursement.

Great location. Good communication from host. Very nice touch to have milk, fruit, croissants left in the fridge. A few nice bars within a few yards of the front door. I would recommend this property.

Size of apartment.

Noise of fridge. Communal entrance / stair lobby (a bit neglected and dirty)
