3 towels, it had a TV and I could have had a late checkout but chose to leave as soon as I woke.

The property entrance is part of a building site. The front foor is not locked. The lock in the room is hanging off. The room smelt of rotten eggs and even with the windows open I coild not remove it. It forced me to spend as much time as possible in local restaurants as it was over bearing. The facilities in the property are bare and minimal and the bed mattress is cheap. No attemot to help my concerns when I messages Sanjay, the owner.

The location, clean bathroom.

There is a former restaurant under reconstruction just under the room that I rented. The workers were doing construction works during the nights (I stayed for two nights) - first night I could not sleep at all until I went downstairs in the night and asked them not to use noise equipment (they used sanding machine!) and to switch off loud music. When I was trying to get in touch with the property manager he simply ignored my calls, so I had to go downstairs and speak with people which was not great from safety and security point. Next day the property manager promised to provide a refund for one night. Now when I’m calling him to ask to provide a refund as he promised, he is making excuses every time why he can’t do this at the moment - every time new excuse. Also, there is no option to leave your luggage, so I had to leave my luggage at the station and paid for this. What also attrated me when I booked a room was that 'Breakfast is included'. The reality is that you get just milk and cereal which you can buy in Tesco nearby for just £2, so be aware of this. Also, it was no soap in the bathroom, and the smell in the room was not good (it was a mix of sewage smell plus cheap room spray) - I had to keep windows open. The radiator wasn't fixed properly to the wall so I had to fix it every time when I switched it on/off. It was a lesson for me - next time I’ll book rooms only in hotels - no noise, normal hot breakfast, no smell, and free luggage storage. I was very disappointed with my stay in 21 Frederick Street apartment.

Nice place which made me fell like home, equipped with almost all essential appliances

A little bit noisy because there are a few clubs, and I could even hear people walking upstairs
