Great location and obviously newly refurbished...

No lighting outside the property and in the stairs...No lights on the stairs was dangerous

Nothing on paper it looks nice. l felt unsafe and the noise levels were awful! There is a nightclub which played loud music until 3am in the morning, however the noise levels carried on until nearly 4am.

There was absolutely No mention that there was a nightclub directly below studio 1 where l stayed. If l had been told this l would of definitely cancelled my stay, however there was absolutely no mention of this at all. I booked the studio in July, as l had also booked a candle making workshop, which was also on Frederick street. The music was so loud it felt like l was in the club. The music went on until 3am in the morning. l was unable to sleep and felt ill, as l was so tired. I also felt unsafe as the main entrance to the studios was left open. The lock on the studio was basic and anybody could of got in. l had to wedge a chair up against it!! The noise levels were awful both in the nightclub and outside on the street. I also paid for bed and breakfast. There was NO milk for drinks cereals. the owner said he would be sending a breakfast bap, however a Macdonalds sausage and egg muffin arrived at 9.40am. l don’t eat Macdonalds.

Clean with all you need for a comfortable short stay. Close to city centre. Will stay again in the future.

Great location for where I needed to go... Clean&comfy.. Nice little touch..of some food there for you
