Heating wasn’t working, must of been on timer so until the morning when it kicked in it was cold but that was the only downside anything else was perfect

Really clean throughout. Spacious comfortable living room, well stocked kitchen and spacious main bedroom. Everything we needed to enjoy our short break internally. Good quality bedding. Amazing location!

Externally We couldn’t park our Kia in the allocated space and due to mobility issues we had to park on the road at £1.90 per hour for approx 10 paid hours daily. The bed in the front bedroom was very squeaky which was irksome rather than a problem.

"Exceeded expectations."

A couple of lights were left on in the property when we arrived which was welcoming. Really, really comfortable bedding. Good supply of bathroom toiletries, basic tea/coffee sachets, basket of biscuits. Well stocked kitchen equipment, should one need it. Easy walking distance to many sites in The jewellery quarter and reasonably close to a metro/tram stop. Parking included.

As previous occupants have written, the allocated parking bay was tricky to access, and round the corner from the property’s entrance.

Great location and host was very responsive to questions

You can tell it was done to a high standard when it was first furnished but things are looking a little tired and could do with a refresh. It didn't at all detract from our stay though, it was comfortable for a group of 6 adults for a weekend.
