Apartments is very spacious it flows well with every mod con could wish for couch is oversize l shape giving a comfort second to none. On arrival giving clear and concise instructions making entry a breeze . The welcome box was a nice touch with biscuits hot chocolate all complimentry. Beds again very good standard and having real wood floors give place a nice feel. The owners are meticulous in every aspect. Everything feels premium . Locality could not ask for better with no noise yet at the heart of some exceptional restaurants . Though out exp owners had sent messages making sure all was well . I had came down with a virus, and they again were very compassionate and supportive . Overall booking.com needs more facilitators like this and would not hesitate to recommend this place or stay again ...

Great location, the hosts are reactive and very helpful, the beds are very comfy

The parking spot is problematic, way too narrow and only suitable for a small car, especially if you're not a pilot! The fridge did not smell really nice and the table was sticky.

Fantastic location in Birmingham's bustling Jewellery Quarter (with a rare parking spot for our guests travelling further afield!) Good room sizes for all guests, rather than a sofa bed for the 5-6 guests.

The process of acquiring the check in details and information was painful and, at some points, concerning. The damage deposit should be addressed up front with the booking on this platform rather than through the hosts directly, as it impacts the speed of access to the lockbox details. I contacted the hosts via here, email, and via the mobile details shared, and the communication was quite sparse and not overly reassuring.
