"A great appartment in a good location!"

It was a well furnished appartment that was warm and comfortable. It was also centrally located with great bars, restaurants and cafes close by. I would definetly book it again.

Nice homely feel to accommodate with everything you would need . Location in the jewellery quater was ideal with some great restaurants and bars near and a hort walk into city centre. Secure parking comes with accommodation.

"Clean, comfortable and relaxing apartments, close to all central amenities."

It’s our second time at this property and again everything was perfect. Great location, central and close to the ICC. Lindsay was amazing and communication was excellent answering any questions prior to our arrival with 2hrs!! Both apartments were clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Lots of space to relax on the big sofas. Gorgeous little touches like the welcome packs went down well too. We will definitely be staying again - hoping to make this a yearly booking 💕

There was nothing we didn’t like. Maybe a little brush and brush pan to brush up a little bit as we wanted to leave it as spotless as we found it! xx

Perfect location and on the ground floor. Spacious and so comfortable. When we entered it was a WOW factor of ***** Nice touch being offered the complimentary, biscuits, crisps, tea, coffee, chocolate, milk n sugars.

On the morning of leaving and stripping down the bed for the cleaner, the mattress has rather unsightly stains. Maybe the mattress if clean on the underside, could be turned over as to hide this from view when stripping the bed

Great location. Nice and clean. Good size lounge, comfortable sofa for a group.

Low water pressure, water in bathroom sink came out with a dribble.

Great location, clean, comfortable, appliances were like new, good size, helpful to have a designated parking spot in a gated area. Very little noise from the apartments above.

One minor points - Someone from the neighbouring offices parked in the designated parking space a couple of times during the day. Once I emailed the owner of the property, this didn’t happen again.
