Spacious 1 bed Apartment with workspace, Coffee & FREE Parking

The host was great, met me punctually with the keys and showed me round. The apartment itself was very comfortable, spacious, quiet and well equipped.

It was all good.

Great location: 6 minute walk to the O2 Academy, Weatherspoons around the corner for breakfast. Really useful to have parking in the city centre. Generally, clean except the damp mentioned. Tea & coffee available on arrival.

The apartment had an odd damp smell, but covered up with febreeze/air freshener. Discovered it was the mould around bedroom & lounge windows. There were a lot of texts, e-mails and booking.com messages, followed by a missed call the morning we were checking in. We understood the first text as telling us to let the host know 30 minutes before check-in. But I think we were supposed to let them know the morning of check-in and 30 minutes before. If you're trying to have a relaxing morning/afternoon before check-in it makes it a bit stressful. Despite this, the host was still busy when we arrived. We did only need to wait 10 minutes and the lady who showed us our parkinh space & to the apartment was nice. A key box would be much easier. Check-out stated 6am-10am, but text said 9.30am-10am? If you have a car, you need to use the key fob to get out of the car park, park on the street, then post the keys through the apartment letterbox (inside the building). This could result in a parking ticket if you were alone. More than one pillow each would be nice.

Location is excellent, parking safe in a gated car park under the building. This could be so much better with just a few additions.

No tea towel or washing up cloth, no small hand towels, no water glasses, TV is very confusing with no live TV. Coffee sachets should be replaced with a coffee pod machine.

Great location, a 2 min walk to the acardian. Very reasonably priced and free (and secure) parking in the city centre. Noticed there was also a nice WFH desk and chair which looked comfy but I spent most of the time in the flat watching the free netflix

Proximity to O2 Arena. Mattress on the bed was good

Pillows were far too soft and there were no additional pillows. The sofa was of the type with removable cushions for back support - these seemed to have been removed and thin ones put in place. Very noisy overnight with drunken revellers in the street. Flat smelled damp which was perhaps why the heating was up high. The process of gaining access to the flat was hit-&- miss, landlord ("John") did not have good English. Tired & old furnishings & decor in no way commensurate with the fee

The apartment was clean, spacious and warm. The private parking made it even better. The woman that met us was absolutely lovely and showed us up to the apartment :)
