"Lovely apartment, brilliant staff!"

The staff were super friendly and came to greet me to show me to the apartment. The apartment itself was clean and had everything you needed in it; the kitchen was well stocked, and creamer was provided for coffee so you didn't have to pop to the shop straight away. Good central location, only a 10 min walk to Birmingham New Street with a handy Tesco express around the corner, and close to lots of restaurants. Had a quiet and comfortable stay, and would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Ideal size for what I needed. Well equipped and comfortable.

Nothing really. Maybe could have supplied 1 dish washer tablet, as sink in kitchen didn’t have plug to hold the water, making it more difficult to wash up.

"Great Christmas getaway"

The apartment was located in China town, and only a few minutes walk away from Hippodrome theatre. There were many restaurants near the place. Clean kitchen and bathroom. Free car park was very useful as we came by a car. Staff was very helpful. They let us check in early by paying £30. It was worth any penny of it. We will definitely come back again.

I liked how polite and respectful the host was at arrival when he instructed me on the use of the apartment. It was very clean and had a very comfy throw.
