"Beautiful apartment in fabulous location"

This is a beautiful, comfortable apartment in a fantastic location between the Gay Village and Chinatown, within easy walking distance of Grand Central and the Bullring. The terrace is large and a big bonus. Overall an excellent place to stay in Birmingham and we would hope to come back here anytime we're visiting the city.

We liked everything about it.

A perfect destination for our night out at the hippodrome, it was very clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet as being in the centre of Birmingham on a Saturday night, have stayed in this area before, but it was very noisy,so it was great to get a good night's sleep. Thank you to the hosts who made check in and out very easy

"Great stay close to city centre"

Lovely apartment and very comfortable. The location is great, loads of nice restaurants around and supermarket. Also it has netflix all set up, so dont need to log in to your own account. Everything is spotless and the communication with the host was smooth. We were a bit unsure about our arrival time and that was no problem. Quick check in and check out. The little terrace is great because of the big plants, it doesn’t feel like you’re in a big apartment block. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location - really central, handy for Chinatown restaurants & bullring centre shops etc.. Free off street parking really useful. Friendly helpful staff member who promptly turned up with key even though my arrival was delayed from agreed time. Well setup work area with adjustable height desk & decent wifi, Lovely modern well equipped apartment with good kitchen & decent sized living room & large balcony & conveniently located on ground floor. Free Netflix on TV a bonus. Although central was reasonably quiet at night.

"Excellent Apartment with balcony"

Lovely apartment with balcony. In an Excellent location, central to train station and The Bull shopping center. Visited a show at the Utilitia Arena which wasn’t far from apartment.
