"FAB!"

Great location for the Hippodrome, literally around the corner. It is spacious as advertised despite being actually quite small. Very secure underground car parking. Love the outdoor area, great to sit outside and chill with with a glass of wine! Had absolutely everything we needed and more. Tesco Express around the corner, lots of Chinese eateries and a fabulous Chinese supermarket. Lots of alternative places to eat in The Arcadian, Las Iguanas highly recommended. Oh and a 'Spoons at the end of the road! Will definitely be back.

Nothing, it was perfect.

Friendly host, clean and well equipped apartment. Great location in the centre of Birmingham. Really pleasant stay! Would stay again if I come to Birmingham.

Super conveniently located apartment, the free parking is a massive bonus and the host was very helpful, the place was clean and tidy and ew got clear instructions on how to access wifi etc as well as how to leave the keys

The place is lovely but some areas could do with a little refresh, like a lick of paint around the external doors and windows. but this does not affect the stay at all, just an observation.

"Apartment 161 with secure/gated parking space (276)."

The location of the apartment was ideal for our short stay (one night) - with great access to lots of local restaurants and facilities. With only a 20 minute walk to the Symphony Hall (which was our overall purpose for our visit to Birmingham). Included with our stay was a secure/gated parking space, which was located close to the apartment, and accessed via an internal lift. All our correspondence was met with a fast and professional reply (this also included being met at the secure parking gate entrance, and given a thorough tour of the apartment, prior to be given our key and entrance security fob). A nice bonus was the free WiFi throughout the apartment. Would definitely stay here again 10/10.

If I'm being picky, there was no tea towel, to allow me to dry up the dishes we used.

Very nice apartment with a lot of great facilities and location. Friendly guy showed us in and the place was very clean and spacious.
