We were met at gates by our host. Who took us round and explained everything. The flat was super roasty. The shower was hot. The mattress was firm. We felt safe. It wasn’t noisy

"Great apartment at a reasonable price."

Good apartment in a good location. Comfortable, and well equipped. Very clean.

Lots of messaging required to arrange meeting to access car park and collect keys despite confirming arrival times in advance, particularly difficult when trying to travel. Pillows were not very good and could have done with more. Tea and coffee provided but no milk.

"A great place to stay for a vacation"

Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment on the ground floor with an allocated parking lot in the basement. Conveniently located in Chinatown area with lots of shops and eateries. Checked in and out was easy. Communication with host/staff was promptly answered.

"A comfortable and enjoyable stay at the Birmingham city centre."

Great location and secure parking. The property is located at the heart of Birmingham Chinatown. It is within short walking distance to many famous landmarks of the city.

The mixer tap of the shower does not work properly. It was almost impossible to control the water temperature and we managed only to shower with lukewarm water. Also, a face/hand towel per guest in addition to the bath towel would have been great.
