"Fantastic apartment"

Lovely apartment with all the facilities you need. Ideally situated for a trip to the theatre. Very secure and the parking was a definite plus.

Excellent location and the free parking was much appreciated

The apartment smelled of smoke and the rusting gym equipment on the balcony is an eyesore. A tea towel would have been nice.

"Great location, clean and comfortable place to stay in Birmingham"

Very clean and comfortable one bedroom unit. Kitchen has everything you'd need for a stay. Fridge. Cooktop, oven, dish washer, washing machine - all good quality and working. Lounge room is quite good - whilst the lounge could be better there was good wiFi and TV - free to air and app. Streaming etc. Bedroom was very comfortable. Very good double (queen??) size bed. Iron and ironing board and clothes cupboard. There is a shower in bath arrangement, with a bath a possibility.

Lounge could be improved - very soft.

Perfect location . Everything you could want on your doorstep and the parking is a massive bonus !

Not a dislike but it would be even better with a speaker . We actually took one with us. But if you don’t want music ….
