Beautiful Apartment,no 1, With Parking

Great location Great Appartment.

No curtain in the sitting room

The apartment was perfect for our 3 night break. The beds were super comfortable There was an en-suite plus a full bathroom, perfect It was central for our needs, walking distance to Ilfracombe centre plus easy access to a bus stop and the coastal path. It has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and everything we needed for our stay.

The second and third bedrooms needed a small rail for hanging clothes. The sofas, whilst comfortable, needed recovering, they looked tired. Don’t be put off by the back of the property as it’s being worked on.

Spacious apartment, with comfy beds and good bathroom.

Arrivals access via car park not very attractive. Situated amongst derelict hotels, the area felt a bit down at heal.

So close to tunnels beach for a wedding was brill, the apt was spacious and clean

The second double room mattress was slightly uncomfortable compared to the ensuite rooms.

The apartment is very spacious and located within walking distance of the centre and everything you need. We were able to park 2 cars in the private car park. Nicely decorated and comfortable beds. We were 3 adults and 2 children here for a family wedding, stayed 2 nights. If we returned to this area we would have no hesitation in staying here again. Lovely area to explore and a stunning coastline.

Just some minor niggles, no curtains on the living room windows, the apartment is overlooked by other buildings. Bathroom door needs a lock. Woud be helpfull to have robe hooks on the bathroom doors. Otherwise 10/10
