Front steps outside slippery when wet. Back entrance by car park not as attractive.

Spacious, clean and very convenient. Family group of 5 adults staying for a wedding at the Tunnels beaches. Location was perfect, it is literally a stones throw from the entrance.

A second key fob would have been handy for us but it wasn’t too much of a problem as it was so close to the wedding venue.

The property was at a very prime location within walking distance of all the major attractions in Ilfracombe. The best part of the apartment was that the rooms were really spacious and big and the lounge/kitchen was also spacious. We were a family of 4 adults and 2 kids and we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend if you are visiting Ilfracombe.

If I need to mention one thing that it would be the parking space for Apartment 1. For big size cars it a bit tight spot.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Keys collection and parking arrangements excellent. Location to get to sea front and harbour was all along flat roads.

Newly renovated and well equipped apartment perfectly sized for 6 people.

Manoeuvring out from the parking slot may be challenging.

Lack of kitchen equipment. One room had no means of hanging clothes.
