Beautiful Apartment,no 1, With Parking

The apartment was very spacious and clean. The location was good being a short walk to the shops, museum and harbour.

The apartment is accessed front and back by quite a few stairs which can be tricky if you have knee or leg issues. In the apartment a few small attention to detail things could have improved our stay ie: coat hangers in the hall, a doorstop for the entrance door into the apartment as quite heavy to keep open whilst going in and out carrying stuff, a more efficient extractor fan in the main bathroom would have been good as it felt quite wet after use and tended to smell a bit mouldy as airless having no window and poor extraction, the beds in all 3 bedrooms were noisy, creaking a lot and the choice of double beds could have improved by being king size especially as the rooms were very large and could easily accommodate them. Minor improvements that would make a good difference.

Location great..with good parking..plenty of space within apartment

All the furnishings are v.tired and cheap..(clothes hanger in bed 1 collapsed in the middle of the night) ..lovely outdoor space, but couldn't use it as was coverd in seagull droppings..also waste pipe from apartment above leaks onto floor when there sink is emptied..front door entrance and steps were v dirty with fag end's and litter(10 minutes to clean up and a mop?)..no washing machine

Excellent communication re arrival procedures and very friendly, helpful greeting. The apartment is spacious and the terrace was an unexpected bonus.

Mirrors in the bedrooms would have been useful.
