The sofa bed was broken with stale food and glass pieces underneath the sofa. The appliances in the kitchenette were not clean

Easy to get in, spacious flat with everything we needed, the heating worked, quiet location near a lovely dog friendly park

the bedding for the sofa bed hadn't been washed. The wifi didn't work despite putting in the correct code etc.
