This is a scam

The fact that it is a fraudulent listing. We arrived around midnight to be told it's a scam. Booking.com were no help at all on the phone and I had to try find another hotel for my staff. They, Booking.com, had then given me a window of 7 hrs, via email, yesterday to respond to the poor service provided. I had not checked my emails in that time frame and then they proceeded to shut the case. Disappointing. I have given them thousands of pounds over the years and I deserve better. Shame on them. I will continue to seek recompense.

Not cleaned and sofa bed falling apart

The location was perfect to where we needed to be. The security was polite and handed the keys very easy Wasn’t the cleanest there was hair on the bathroom floor and what looked like a smudged bogie on the bedroom wall also none of the bins had any bags in them and one of the bin had a horrible green liquid in not sure what it was.. also there was no electric when we got in there so we had to use a card to slot in to keep the electric on lol weird but was ok over was ok yeh

The rooms were great and the staff were lovely

The apartment was dirty, only 2 sockets worked in the entire flat, the bathroom door wouldn't lock or shut correctly

The apartment was dirty, things were broken, it smelt like cigarettes and weed. Furniture was broken and run down, burns in the floor, mouldy bathroom, broken toilet seat.

excellent location, excellent facilities

Apartment was freezing cold , -3 outside. Key electric is not a good idea when it's so cold outside.
