"Nice & Cozy apartment"

Nice apartment everything worked well. Looks the same as advertised

There was a mix up with the company and the cleaner. I was told I could check in at 2 and the cleaner wasn’t made aware so wasn’t expecting me until 3 meaning she was then rushed to finish her work as I got there earlier. I tried to call the company multiple times as I was worried because the keys weren’t in the right place when I arrived but no one answered the phone wasn’t impressed and had to figure it out alone…

"It was comfortable but not worth £92 a night in my opinion"

The bed was really comfortable and the kitchen was nice

There was no tea and coffee , we usually find this is commonplace
