Situated perfect for Nec, shops & restaurants

Very convenient to airport /NEC but also local shops and amenities. Apartment nicely furnished and comfortable, lots of parking available and easy check in. Value for money, would definitely use again.

Liked everything, however a socket by bed would be useful as no where close to bed to charge phone, also a mirror in bedroom to dry your hair, otherwise had everything you needed.

Clean and bright decor. Great tele.

The code to get into the building was no correct... and no response via telephone, email or booking.com messages. Ended up relying on a resident telling us the code, otherwise we'd never have got in.

lift doesn’t go all the way up and there seems to be a wasp problem in the building

It was spacious with plenty of storage. Fairly clean and decent shower and good restaurants nearby.

5 days on 6th floor with no lift working, asked for help with heavy luggage but none given. Parking was a lottery, late back you park by the rubbish and avoid the large rats. Need to leave instructions for appliances as trying to work the heater, the hob and the dryer was problematic, even Google struggled. Cannot believe it would take so long to repair a lift and assistance or alternative should have been provided but I got no update or help that was promised. I should get a refund but won’t hold my breath.
