The property is very well managed. Problems sorted promptly with staff. It’s right next to a big Morrisons, very convenient.

It’s in front of a busy road. The lift is available only up to level 5. I had to lift my 40kg luggauges to level 6 through stairs.

Acces from fourth to fiveth floor not really easy for me

The arrival process was faultless, clear and timely instructions followed up with personal contact to make sure everything was okay. The accommodation was clean and excellent value for money. Eleanor the host was brilliant.

The location was quiet and calm. The apartment had all the basic necessities. The check in process was quite straightforward.

The house needs to be cleaner. There were bits of hair on the sofa, the rug in the sitting room was very dirty with lots of particles on it. The beddings were not clean enough. The bathroom grout were looking disgusting and the entire floor of the flat felt really sticky. The heating in the bedroom wasn't working, I notified them and they did nothing about it. Also wasn't happy with the way I was being harassed over the phone, asking for the keys to the apartment after I had checked out.

If you're staying on the 6th floor, the lift only goes up to the 5th floor and you have to walk up the stairs

Great location to nearby supermarkets and the bus. Warm cozy apartment with the necessary amenities. Convenient and easy check in.

This apartment is on the 6th floor; however, the lift only goes to 5. Difficult to carry luggage up through the fire escape stairs. Shower didn't drain well and the flat should be cleaned better before guests arrive.

the funiture is very modern. The bathroom is nice made. The location is ideal.

The cleaning lady have to make a better job.
