Where do you start or do you even bother as the owners or managers clearly do not care Called for assistance finding keys no answers got a text 3 hours later extra large double bed NO a standard double so small you couldn’t fit anything bigger in such a small room Black hair all over the base sheet pillows looked dirty had to use my tee shirt as a pillow case Two hand towels again covered in black hair to last 6 days not a single bath towel and these had to last 6 days, no tea towels smallest sofa in the world no instructions how to use heating no bed side lamp stark stupidly bright lighting in the bed room sink does t drain away toilet runs all night shower has no power and discription suggests a lift - yes in the building but not to the floor your on take the fire escape and all your baggage up two flights more There was a flood whilst we was there Stinks of weed Dirty communal area A proper proper dump

Very nice decor and comfortable for a short stay

The shower wasn’t very powerful and needed a deep clean but other than that the place was great

They send me a code to get through front door, it was a wrong code. The property needs a good clean, the shower head is covered with black mould, the walk need painting and cleaning. The traffic noise at night is very disturbing. But it is near NEC.

Location, close to shops and supermarkets

No shampoo or shower gel. Floor mat was dirty, elevator not reaching last floor, so you need to use stairs...

Modern aparthotel, great views of the area, next to primary route bus service and stops, good amenities nearby.

Confusing e-mail with regard to door code, lift wasn't working reliably, and heater instructions didn't appear to be available.

Location, it was comfortable and quiet and easy to check in and out

Reasonably comfortable and clean although walls were very scuffed which detracted from the overall feeling of cleanliness

Gosh where do I start!! Description of property as advertised does not mention that lift does not go to 6th floor until you have confirmed and paid. This is not right. Need to be transparent about access. The light in the bathroom has a loose connection. Twice light went out whilst I was in the shower. This must have been noted by cleaner so should have been fixed. Bed side lamp did not work, changed bulb but still did not work. Again must have been a known problem but not fixed. The sink in the bathroom is very slow to empty and on two occasions nearly overflowed. Finally the lift broke down on the second day which meant I had to climb 6 flights of stairs with a painful knee andrhe followibg day was still not fixed so had to go down 6 flights with suitcase a several bags with a painful knee Not a good experience and will definitely not book with this host again.
