Modern 1 Bedroom Apartment 5mins from the NEC!

Everything just Perfect!!!

lovely apartments, very clean, modern & central for our needs.

Fridge/freezer didn’t work & neither did the lamp in the bedroom. Could maybe do with curtains in the bedroom not just blinds. Struggled to get into the building as the owner give me the wrong code, rang owner but no answer. Thankfully after 20-25 minutes someone came out the building & who let us in. Very noisy road but that’s not the hosts fault, it can’t be helped.

The location of the property

Getting in the property was a nightmare as the code provide to get in through the main doors was wrong and luckily one of the other tenants living in th building let me in and shared the correct code with me. Fridge was not working Weird smell would come in the bathroom if the door was closed and most of the time had to leave it open Windows could do we blackout blinds as the existing one let too much light in and disturbed the sleep. Also a lot of sound from the cars seeped through so the apartment could do with some sound proofing.

Apartment was nice

No toilet paper. No bulbs in bedroom lamps and the noise from the road was the worst I have experienced in a long time and apartment is on the 7th floor would never stay again never felt so tired going to work.

No heating facilities provided in bedroom. very poor customer service.
