One Bay Residence Unit 15 - Penthouse with private roof top, jacuzzi and sea view

It was a nice property although quite far from most places including airport.

The host was not very courteous from before and during the stay. He was quite rude and we certainly felt like intruders. The pool was also dirty throughout the stay

Apartment 15, A massive apartment thats very comfortable for a family stay, neat and Cosy meets your expectations. What you see is exactly what you get.

A stronger air con in the lounge.

Mr Kishore is a gentlemen, he went out of the box by buying flower bouquet on my late request. The stay was very good, overall 5/5

Nothing bad about it

the penthouse is bigger than it looks in pictures, plenty of room and ideal for a long stay. Meeting with Kishore when handing over the keys was very helpful, as lots of amenities in the penthouse.

Stunning penthouse with very good location. It was very clean and it is clear that good care goes into maintaining the property. Design is modern and well-thought-out amnenities added an extra touch. Loved the terrace and jacuzzi. Beautiful views in a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

The space, the decor, the location.

The hot tub wasn’t heated so wasn’t able to use it as was not warm enough weather wise.

The apartment was wonderful - spotlessly clean with everything that I needed, and in an amazing location. The host was really kind and helpful. He responded very quickly to any questions that I had.

Clean and modern apartment with good views from the upper terrace (managed to spot dolphins even!) Good sized bedrooms, both with double beds, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom Walking distance from a number of local restaurants, bars, beaches and supermarkets. And just a couple of minutes drive from the center of Grand Baie for even more places to eat, drink and shop
