One Bay Residence Unit 15 - Penthouse with private roof top, jacuzzi and sea view

The property had all the appliances & amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. The rooftop dining room, seating & jacuzzi were especially great for an island holiday. The apartment was serviced daily. We were met by the host who was friendly & helpful.

The cleanliness on arrival was poor Soft furnishings very worn and in places unfit for purpose Outside area in need of maintenance and the sun loungers needed replacing

Pricing could have been better given the longer duration of stay.

Superb penthouse in one of the best region in the North. Cleam, comfortable with excellent amenities. The private jacuzzi with seaview ia awesome. And the host is a very nice, responsive and accomodating. I'll highly recommend this place.

It's a very nice apartment. Unfortunately for us it was raining for two of the three days we were there so we didn't use the Jacuzzi There's underground parking and they give you a remote fob to open the gate

The only thing we didn't like was that there is no hot water in the kitchen as the builder forgot to put it in. It wasn't a big deal, but prevented me giving it a 10

The penthouse was lovely and Kishore was very warm, welcoming and accommodating. We felt comfortable, safe, and relaxed in this beautiful apartment. There was cleaning every day and the ladies were very friendly and helpful too.

Even thought there was cleaning, the apartment can use with some deep cleaning in some parts. But other than that it really is a gorgeous and mind blowing place.

The place was booked on a date at Booking COM for a certain amount , and that must be the price that you pay , you cannot change the currency and amount on the day of arrival, or dont advertise at BOOKING .COM SITE

The apartment is extremely spacious which is great for a long stay. It is serviced daily except for public holidays and Sundays and is immaculate. The beach and Winners supermarket are within walking distance so the location is ideal. There are also many restaurants in the area and the online delivery service delivers to the apartment. The private terrace has an amazing view and is perfect for relaxing during some quiet time after being out and about. The host, Kishore, is extremely welcoming and was always contactable throughout the stay.

Fantastic apartment in a stunning location. The host made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived and was always available for any questions whenever we needed something. The apartment is spacious, clean and very nicely furnished. We had a brilliant stay and would definately return. Thank you for everything :)

The only downside is the jacuzzi not being warm water and more like a plunge pool. This isn't ideal if you wish to use it at night but nice and refreshing when its hot during the day.
