Unit 10-2 tandas pintu tidak boleh berkunci walaupun pintu baru. Tv tiada siaran ( kad astro x aktif )

rien j'ai du changer d'hotel tellement c'était sale. j'avais booké pour 4 personnes et il n'y avait de couchages que pour 3. Tout était vraiment très sale. J'ai averti booking pour demandé un remboursement immédiat, avec les enfants ce n'était pas envisageable de rester mais je n'ai toujours pas de réponse à mon mail
