Sangat dekat dgn pekan Kota Bharu.. mudah kemana2.. saya dah pernah stay sini 2x sgt selesa dan harga berpatutan.

Lift block A rosak. Bayang kan saya datang bersama ayah berumur 82thn bersama anak2.. tidak ada sesiapa staff yang blh bantu. Rumah tingkat 17. Sangat2 menyusahkan. Kami terpaksa naik lift block B dr tingkat 2 ke tingkat P.. tular lift block A naik ke tingkat 17.

I liked this hotel mainly because of its strategic location. It’s very convenient and easy to find food nearby, which made our stay more comfortable.

However, there were several things I didn’t like. The rules were quite unreasonable. For example, we had to book a time slot just to use the swimming pool, which felt unnecessary. On top of that, the guard kept coming to check on us, which made the experience uncomfortable. Even when my child was wearing proper swimming attire, we were still told it was not suitable, which honestly didn’t make sense. The playground was also disappointing. It looked nice in the pictures, but in reality, it was in poor condition. I brought my child there around 8–9 PM, and the area was dark, even though it’s supposedly open until 9 PM. It didn’t feel safe or well-maintained.

1. Mohon disediakan Penapis Air dan Mesin Basuh bersaiz sederhana. 2. Perbaiki kerosakan kecil sedia ada seperti kunci pintu bilik air. 3. Tambah sedikit hiasan dinding bagi menceriakan lagi suasana rumah.
