Location in KB town

Poor in term of cleanest. During my check in, we found in bedroom with dust and hair & the comforter smell bad like long time did not clean. I can conclude the house keeping did not clean the premise before my check in. Very very poor on this. During my 5 days of stay, there no house keeping come in or ask us to clean the premise & no facility such as dustpan & shovel for us to do our own cleaning.

The apartment view was excellent

The house unit is quite dirty with black hairs on the floor in bedroom and the bathroom. The bathroom is not well maintained as dirt with black spots / fungus on the floor and wall, with spiderweb on the ceiling. Stayed there for 5d4n, only 4 small mineral water (250ml) provided.
