"Comfortable but facilities saw some deterioration and less guests friendly on the emtrance"

Location and staff response to request for service on facilities like aircond and wifi.

The access to the lift lobby from the guard house. Guests have to walk up uncovered driveway exposing to hot sun or rain. It is not suitable to Senior guests and physically constraints guests. Water leaking and loose taps and stained floor tiles in toilet.

The interior design was very superb and nice . Really aesthetic look with a great location near the city centre. Very easier with self check in n check out . Overall very superbb ♥️

Maybe can change the bulb that is not functioning in the toilet and also infront of room .
