One Bay Residence Modern Contemporary Apartment Flat 4

The location is very nice, a short walk away from all the restaurants and supermarket and public beach and is very quiet. The pool was very nice, clean and the water was perfect temperature. The secured parking is a big plus, with security at the building entrance which makes you feel secure throughout the stay. There’s a jacuzzi but we didn’t use it.

There’s nothing I didn’t like, I only wish there was a coffee machine (Nespresso type, as there was a filter one) as getting an espresso in the morning was challenging in the area.

Wonderful place, very spacious apartment with a huge jacuzzi, large bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Very nice and very helpful owner, will help you with literally everything you need :)

- The street in front of the apartment is very loud - ⁠The whirlpool is not usable at the moment because it’s really cold and could not be heated - ⁠The whirlpool guy did a great mess on the balcony every thing was wet and dirty. Including the things we put outside to dry. - ⁠The pool is not really usable because of the broken wood everywhere. - ⁠The Cleaning did not work. The complete time we saw the cleaning lady one time and we need to fight for fresh towels, toilet paper or a bag for the rubbish. - ⁠Nothing is really clean, after we appeared we needed to clean everything in the kitchen because it was still dirty.

Nice place for a vacation. Good contact with the host, who was nice and helpful. Very comfortable beds. Good location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops.

The terrace and the area with the pool are damaged and do not look like in the pictures. The water in the jacuzzi was freezing and there is no way to heat it, so unfortunately we could not use it.
