One Bay Residence Modern Contemporary Apartment Flat 4

The apartment is spacious, functional, furnished with great taste and very clean. On our arrival, absolutely nothing was missing: even water and a welcome snacks! The washing machine is very convenient after long days at the beach and daily cleaning too. Even the outdoor spaces are extremely pleasant and well-kept, as is the shared swimming pool. The owner Naadir was always there, making sure we didn't miss anything every day. The location is strategic and close to the supermarket, bus station and the most beautiful beaches are within walking distance. If I were to return, I would definitely stay here again!

Very modern apartment. Comfortable beds and very spacious.

If the jacuzzi had hot water would be perfect. Maybe it was possible and i didn't know how to turn it on.

Lovely high end flat that was nicely decorated with everything we needed. The private plunge pool is at the back of the property, facing kind of east, so was great to enjoy a morning coffee in the sun, the main swimming pool is large and really lovely. Both doubles have en suites and the beds are incredibly comfortable. A/C was really quiet. The location is a few minutes walk to Pereybere beach with lots of restaurant options and a good supermarket. Def worth booking restaurants as they get busy! There is an underground carpark.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment due to the excellent location: walking distance to Pereybere beach, the supermarket and food outlets. It's clean, modern and stylish with a well-equipped kitchen and access to a great swimming pool. The host was friendly and helpful about the check in process and gave us a late checkout which was highly appreciated.

We would have appreciated shower gel to be provided and tea towels in the kitchen.
