Riverside Suites Llangollen

Great communications with Bethan. We managed to park for 5 minutes in the parking bays at the start of Bridge Street, (outside the closed Royal Hotel), drop off our bags and pick up the parking permit from the Riverside Suite a few yards away. Parking in the East Street car park (near the museum) was just two minutes walk away from the accommodation. A lot of one-way streets. The garden has a lovely view over the River Dee. Accommodation was very comfortable and the location very central. Easy walking to the Llangollen Heritage station, Llangollen Wharf, shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants. There's a fantastic second hand bookshop, 17 Castle Street, above S&G Bistro. An amazing collection.

The stairs down to the kitchen and garden are very steep but there are hand rails to help. Some of the doorways were low for my 6ft husband. Maybe a "mind your head" sign would be good as a reminder.

Bethan was able to take my call as we arrived early and we were able to collect the parking permit (and unload our bags) from the cleaner who was also really helpful. We could then go to the car park with the permit and no luggage and park up for the entire stay. We had also been able to park in the free hour spot near the property to unload and make the calls so it made it very easy, a great start to our stay. The outside space was very much a secret and special place... a real added bonus. Bethan and the cleaner were both so lovely and helpful, we appreciated the bread,, milk & butter left. Also the Tea, coffee and sugar. Fabulous stay there would 100% recommend ...x

The sofa was a bit uncomfy, but we weren't in the lounge much tbh, as the outside area was so lovely. Just a note about the stairs they were quite tight if mobility is a concern.

A perfect little " Gem " right in the heart of Llangollen, , so close to all amenities, the Townhouse " is beautiful, clean and well presented, the host Bethan kept us well informed before and during our stay, the parking permit was much appreciated and we didn't move the car all weekend. So close to all the shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this place.

Lovely cottage over looking the river and when arrived a welcome pack was lovely and our host sorted me out when arrived.

Didn’t have a problem with the property but found it difficult with the stairs as we are in our 70s.

Clean and comfortable stay. Added extras like bread, milk, butter and tea bags was really helpful and an excellent location.

Bedroom was quite bright, the shutters were great but the addition of curtains may help.

The location is great, being right in the centre. The car parking permit is a nice touch. The Townhouse was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and extremely comfortable to live in. We received an email from the owner with full details of how to enter the property and what we needed to do on the day of leaving and there was plenty of additional information in the property if required. In summary, we could not of asked for anything more from the property. It exceeded our expectations.
