The outside area was incredible sitting listening to the river flow by, very tranquil an peaceful to listen to.

The bed was quite hard, not to our feelings but others it may be fine for.

There is nothing to dislike about this property

The Suite was in a central location, within walking distance of all the lovely bars and restaurants that Llangollen has to offer. Communication with the host is first class. The Suite was very clean with all the mod cons you could possibly need for a short stay away and a nice little welcome pack to get you started. We would definitely stay at this location again if we were in the area and if it was available.

The only negative I would have about the apartment is that if you have any disabilities or not very mobile then the kitchen and secret garden would not be accessible to you. The kitchen and living quarters are connected by some steep and narrow stairs..

Parking with the permit was a 5 minute walk away Good to have all the town amenities within walking distance. Shower enclosure was small, but the pressure was excellent Loads of towels. Comfortable bed. Garden overlooking the River was great in good weather, and there is the summerhouse if it turns a bit nasty. Lovely and warm apart from the kitchen. Excellent communication from the owners. Pretty much everything needed for fabulous stay.

To be honest we would struggle to come up with any negatives, but if being picky, the lounge area does get some street noise, and also from the adjoining Town Suite, footsteps on the ceiling conversations etc. It's a very old building, and we would have loved to be able to read about some of its history in the property guide, but there was nothing There was no grater or zester in the kitchen, and an extra fry pan would have been useful. Kitchen was definitely on the chilly side but there are extra heaters in the cupboard. No instructions for any of the appliances. No information about what do do with recycling or food waste.

We loved our stay here. The location was central to everything. The space was very generous and everything about the unit seemed loved and cared for. Bethan left a little welcome pack which we appreciated and she was very positive and helpful in all of our interactions.

Nothing negative to report.

This property is so perfect 🥰 we had the loveliest stay here. We will definitely be retuning!! Couldn't fault a thing and the host was so helpful and gave alot of great information.
