Absolutely everything! It is a total scam the apartment does not look anything like the pictures. Stinks of mould they left a window open so we were unsure as to why as soon as you opened the door it was apparent why! The apartment windows were dirty with curtains closed. Cleaner hadn’t been in so last persons rubbish was there bedding dirty toilet dirty. TV was broken. Mould on ceiling and walls. Dirty carpet. Contacted the apartment to complain as soon as I’d arrived as I have 3 small children one of whom has asthma I stated that it was impossible we could stay there. He then politely said I’m very sorry I will see if there’s any other property which he rang back and said there wasn’t. I then asked for a refund as I was going to look for somewhere else. He said may be able to progress on Monday. In a state I asked my partner to travel back to Sheffield which was over 5 hours but Id rather do that then stay in this horrible place! We ended up staying in a travel lodge 2 hours away! Not what you want as a small family who’s trying to enjoy a night away. DO NOT book! Read the reviews it is an absolute vile place!

AVOID, TRYING TO RENT DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAN ASKING FOR NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT - normally we call this en extra payment on top, NOT REACHABLE ON THE PHONE , PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS

NOT CONTACTABLE, ASKING FOR EXTRA PAYMENT, OFFERING DIFFERENT ADDRESSES THAN LISTED , RUDE AND UNPLEASANT TO DEAL WITH BEWARE

"I have never experienced so much stress in accessing a property through booking.com before"

There was nothing to commend.The keys were not where described and finally found opened a different apartment to the “luxury” apartment paid for. It smelt of damp, it was not cleaned properly as kitchen and bathroom were dirty.There was washing in the machine !

Everything. The complication over payment of a deposit caused much stress as a form had to be completed , in order to pay and when done the key code was still not available immediately.

Terrible experience. I was there and after many sms and whatsapp messages in order to receive the instructions and get the keys…they announce me via whatsapp that the Apartment was not available anymore to be rented !! They didn‘t support me to find another flat / room/ solution.Terrible and really poor service.

Not only the host refused the check in and cancelled it after the check in time but additionally i didn‘t receive yet any refund for what i paid and Booking.com is not helping or supporting me. 1 week after this accident i still have no refund and no answers from Booking.com about the refund process despite the 10 e-mails i‘ve sent to explain the situation. The customer care performance is really poor.

"Disappointing"

The property 'apartment' shown on the website was not the one we were given to stay in. It had broken furniture and TV, dirty toilet and mould on the walls. There was also a strong and not pleasant odour lingering in the room. Our employees sent photos to us and we booked somewhere else for them to stay within the hour.

Nothing. Eastbourne is nice.

Dirty room on arrive with dirty nappies in the bin and last night curry on the table. Towels and bedding dirty.took 3 hours to get sorted. The Tv screen was smashed, and there was no Internet. After cleaning the room, they still didn't change the bedding. My wife and 3 children had to sleep fully dressed on top of the bed covers. It was vile. I've spent 3 days trying to lodge a complaint with X hotels. Absolutely disgraceful Accomodation and service!!!

Nothing

It's not the same flat. Not as pictured at all. Tv broken the whole time, no wifi, mold on the walls, stains on the carpet. Won't give a refund. Dirty bathroom unfinished floor covered with a rug. Do not stay here. Should not be allowed to be on booking. Not professionally run.
