We didn’t end up staying here walked in and left as wasent cleaned, we had to pay another fee in order for the rude owner to give us the code to access the property it was not fit to stay in photos are nothing like online. We had to pay to stay in a hotel. We are out of pocket by a lot of money he also made me send my driving license for id which I’ve never had to do before and would not send us the key safe code until I did which I don’t feel comfortable with

Dirty he gave us the wrong flat as was supposed to have one next door he would not answer my calls we had to get a hotel for the night I want a full refund I have also had to cancel my credit card as I thought he was a scammer asking for more money to access the property would not give me the code unless I paid money to him after doing this he then said I have to send driving license to him after doing this he still did not give me the code eventually when after 45 minutes waiting for code we enter and property disgusting could not stay there not fit for anyone smelt of dogs and hair everywhere no where clean I took photos tv was broken I have sent these to him and he has not responded he was rude and property should not be on this site.

The flat was dirty smelly bin full of rubbish with wine bottles and very disgusting smell. Very false advertisement for what you see wen you there there is not mini bar with snacks a basket with coffee packets and some tea bags that were open and didn’t look safe to use shower door handle broken and filthy no toiletries no even hand wash and empty bottle on the side the sofa beds were terrible and unsafe one of the sofas leg broken and was resting an a cardboard box the sofas are old and dirty. We arrive at property with children and could not get into the property I was told cleaners were there and we had to wait till 4 o’clock wen the booking said 3 o’clock waiting on the street was not pleasant as we had the children and is a main road really spoil my stay from the start when in the last minute they tell me I most pay £15 waiver fee I was not told before i call the number giving and no answer wen finally got someone answer she could not tell me anything or explain why I’m charging this money more than is the way we work here and if I don’t pay they won’t give me the pin to enter the property I was upset but I paid the fee as i just want to get in and let my children rest and refresh to go out for dinner but we didn’t get the pin till 5:45 very upsetting and disappointed as I was so looking forward to have a great time with my little ones instead we were made to wait around talk like we were in the wrong and wen finally enter the property was filthy no bedding only roll up duvets on the beds no bed linen very very upsetting so in the morning we left first thing didn’t enjoy at all our stay.

Everything is dirty needs to be clean and better furniture without risks of dropping as it was sliding to one side resting on cardboard box

On the plus side, great location almost on Eastbourne seafront. Even though its on a busy road in the daytime it was actually quiet overnight It was exceptionally cheap for the location, even though we had to pay £15:40 extra on the day to get entry codes, and even though there were only 2 of us in a place which could sleep 5 On street parking unrestricted between 6pm-8am Mon- Sat and all day Sunday, plenty of of spaces available a short walk from the apartment even though the seafront was extremely busy

On our journey to Eastbourne we were advised to pay £15:40 non refundable to get entry codes instead of refundable larger sum against damage. I tried to pay this twice, and was only then advised I had to screenshot the payment and sent evidence to WhatsApp. A little stressful...the person texting at the other end was very curt. Anyone without mobile data and smartphone would find this very difficult Apartment quite dirty and it smelled as if a smoker was recently there, burn holes in furniture and carpet Bedroom- no pillow protectors, old stains on all pillows, also on textile sofa bed Bathroom - description read hand-wash supplied, was 1cm of very watered-down soap in pump dispenser, created no lather. Description said "towels provided" there was ONE hand towel in whole flat. No hot water in bathroom tap, shower worked OK Kitchen - fridge ice box a quater full of frost and food debris, fridge smeared with old food and some hair. Hob ok, oven dirty. No hand soap or tea towel, no hot water in tap. Cupboard door hanging off Living area - 1 sofa bed had no back legs, was just resting on a box, quite hazardous

These guys are crooks and should be removed from booking. I payed to stay here in full and they would not allow me entrance to the property without me paying them more money for what they call a deposit waiver that is non refundable. Absolute scam

I couldn’t stay there Had to leave the place due to bad smells of cigarettes.

The place is dirty No hand wash in the toilet. Dirty windows, dusty The place smells horrible.

Nothing

Nothing is like the pictures, absolutely disgustingly dirty, would not deem it a safe environment for children.

Nothing! Absolutely horrible. They said that new management took over and the property will look perfect for us. It is obviously a lie and this apartment should not be on booking.

The layout, the smell, the damp and the mould, the dirty and smelly carpets, the uncomfortable bed, the fact that it’s nothing like the photos. Absolutely everything!

Nothing. It was disgusting. Bed bugs, damp, mould, flees, the photos are NOT this property. Doesn’t sleep 6 as the second sofa bed is broken. Can see it was reported to owner in 2022. The bedding was filthy, stunk and clearly hadn’t been washed since last person stayed.

We found a pile of rubbish under one of the mattresses. Mould in the freezer. Stains on all the bedding. In a really rough area. Not safe.

It is close to shops and good location

The property is nothing like in the picture full of mould and very dirty . I booked for a family but the house was not suitable in any way . Booked for 2 nights had to leave after the first one .

The location of the apartment is just right in front of the pier and would have been good for rest.

Terrible people! They kept us stranded, refused to take calls and refused to respond to messages and as a result, we could not check in from 5PM until 10PM when we decided to drive 3 hours back home.
