This property offers online self-check-in only. In order to complete the online self-check-in process, each guest is required to provide Identification before arrival. If you choose not to provide your ID before arrival, you may not use the online self-check-in. A check in fee of GBP 25 will apply. To ensure the safety, security, and registration of all guests, an insurance fee of GBP 5.97 per guest is required. This nonrefundable fee is for the pre-authorization on the card provided prior to check in, covering any incidental charges, smoking violations detected or unsettled payments at check-out. Please note that early check in or late check out are only possible at a surcharge. If you haven’t completed the online check in by 18:00 costs GBP 25 to check in after 18:00. A surcharge fee of GBP 49 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. For each additional guest you wish to add to your reservation, a surcharge of GBP 35 per person per night applies. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property. Smoking anywhere on site or out of any window, or covering the fire alarm, is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy will result in an additional fee of GBP 200. Your reservation will be immediately terminated and will remain nonrefundable. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
