Avoid this property like the plague, This is absolutely the worst place that we have ever come across, unfit for human habbiratation . Why are Bookings.com even allowing this operator on its website.. My advice to anyone even thinking of booking this accommodation DON'T, their are far better alternatives available in Eastbourne.

Nothing it was filthy couldn’t even stay in the apartment I had to book somewhere else.

There was moldy food on the floor and in the cupboards that when I opened the door to the cupboards flies came out, there was stains all over the beds and carpet. There was a broken mirror with all the glass shards on the floor. The front door had a hole in it and wouldn’t lock from the inside. I had to book somewhere else I tried calling the owners to get a refund and they didn’t nothing to help me with that so I got no money back after paying £182 for a disgusting and unsafe place

Nothing at all… it was not as advertised in the pictures, it was filthy

No running water in the bathroom taps.. black mould all up the the tiles in the shower & even human hair left on the shower floor.. Big wet urine Stains on the sheets.. huge amount of Blood stains on the duvets & sheets that were provided & some of the beds had no bedding at all.. plug sockets hanging of the walls… stained & filthy damp carpets…. Previous guests dirty laundry/bedding just thrown in a cupboard that didn’t close & an overflowing ottoman of dirty used bedding.. overall apartment 1 & 2 are both dirty filth ridden disgusting apartments.. no batteries in any tv remote controls & no WiFi as advertised & we came away with huge bites on us… a health & safety problem of which I am taking further to the local authorities as these apartments are not fit for staying in… I’m shocked that booking . Com can actually advertise these bug invested dirty filthy apartments I have taken loads of photos & videos to show more of these disgusting properties

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! A Homeless Persons Tent On The Beach Would Be Better!

My Nephew Found Condoms Behind The Tv (THAT DIDNT WORK) & The Bed! Bottle Of Lube My Nephew Also Found! Tv Wasn’t Working! Enough Hair On Floor & Bed To Make A Wig! Dirty Sheets! Absolutely Covered In Mucky Food Spilt In Microwave! No Clean Towels! The Booking Is So Not Straight Forward The Neighbours A Family Of 5 Had To Come In For An Hour For Me To Help Them Check In!!! The Electric Tripped At 7:30AM! ii Couldn’t Even Make Breakfast! It Would Be Easier Getting Hold Of Vladimir Putin Then The “Owner” Of This Poor Excuse Of A “Company” In My 32 Years Old Life ii Have Never Been Anywhere Like It! Hand On Heart ii Wish ii Never Get Hotel Fished Like That Again! Looks Nothing Like The Photos! If You Want To Be Traipsing In The Pouring Rain To Get Breakfast 2 Kids 2 Backpacks Having To Leave Your Suitcase To Go & Drop My Nephews Off At 8:30 In The Damn Morning! That Stay Ruined My Day! I Didn’t Get To Have My Nephews For A Lovely Day That Facility Stressed Me Out!!! I Am Absolutely Horrified By This Place! I Got Told It Is Normally Used As A Brothel! & You Can Clearly See It Says 2 Children 1 Adult & The Place Is In Such A State ii Don’t Know How You People Sleep At Night! Damn Right Disgusting Behaviour To Think That Place Is Up To ANY Standard!
