The location was ok on the middle of center

The place was awful , the communication was all by automated WhatsApp per saved messages , there was no any clean Towel , no hot water in kitchen struggling to open up the key safe. All carpet was rotten . After booking for no reason they charge us £35 extra to send the pass code

There was nothing to like . The pictures on booking.com are not what you get.

We never stayed here. Once you pay thew booking.com. I was sent a message from the company to make contact on what's app. They wanted another fee on top and passports of each staying person. which I was unhappy to do. I felt I had no choice or I would lose my money on the apartment I had already paid for. When we arrived, there was someone already staying in the flat we had paid for, and they said its awful but had no choice to stay. The flat next door, where the cleaner was still present. she said the oven did not work, there was no running water, and there was not enough clean bedding for us to stay. She also said the area was rough and is not a place for a family to stay with a 2 year old toddler. It's not recommended. She went on to say it's damp and full of mould, and the flat has also been double booked by a group of people. There was no reply from the owner, and they ignored all the calls and emails. AVOID - THIS PLACE NEEDS LOOKING INTO It's advertised as a sea side apartment. This is not what you get. Please check out the reviews. Something I wished I had done before i booked up. Something i have learnt my lesson from.

Nothing. They stole my money. They are a scam. There is no one at the property to receive you. They don't even have a direct number to contact them. So you can't speak with them directly. They would only contact you a few minutes before you check in via what app and they would say that your booking has been cancelled, that you would be refunded. I have not yet been refunded as they said. When I reached at the property, I found other people outside the property claiming that they have also been scammed. Book their property at your own risk.

Gosto muito de ficar ali nesse apartamento tudo perto centro da cidade quase de frente praia e a independência e privacidade é o que me chama atenção nesse apartamento eu me sentia em casa e relaxada …. Sempre que vou não tenho vontade de ir embora

Infelizmente como nada é perfeito ali estava com problema sério com o fogão pois eu não podia cozinhar o fogão não funciona espero que assim que eu voltar esse fogão esteja funcionando pois fazia calor então não fiz muita questão pra cozinhar mas prefiro cozinhar então espero que quando eu voltar o fogão esteja funcionando e uma boa lavada naquele carpete seria excelente !

Nosso não ficamos no apartamento porque o proprietário fiz borla alugou para 3 pessoas ao mesmo tempo um vergonha

Cama não são confortáveis A limpa não tem muita O quarto não tem cozinha O frigorífico não trabalha

Emailed my photo I d as requested where they replied and said cleaner had not been in and property not available I had been working all day and had problems finding other acomadatuon as it was 5 pm plus they av took the money and I still have not had a refund from them or booking .com total shambles needs a refund asap

Nothing, the apartment is a complete catfish! Photos on Booking.com make the place look lovely, when in reality it's like a crack den.

Everything! The place in filthy, nothing is fit for purpose and it seems like they have groups of men living in the apartments when they're not being hired. When we arrived there was a group of men in the apartment. Everything is filthy, mouldy and broken.

Terrible experience. The apartment is in a very rough area with drug addicts and alcoholics outside and the owners are not helpful. The owners would not let us access the property without a separate deposit and ID from all four guest, which we could not provide at the time because two of the gets we’re still travelling. We provided ID and a deposit but they would not let us in and as we felt unsafe in the area we left. We called booking.com who told us we would get our money back but this has not happened. In the end we had to find and pay for alternative accommodation.

Broken chair , plug socket hanging off mold all around the shower , tap leaking and broken, hair under bed sheets, holes in carpet, damp issues. Would like a refund please this is a very bad apartment . Regards Andrew

Nothing to be honest every weekend im in different hotels or apartments and this has to be the worst . Sorry to moan but this is the truth . Regards Andrew
