it is an outbreak of infection we booked for 4 days and we couldn't stay even 10 minutes because of the pungent smell of dampness the property didn't want to change our apartment or refund our money we slept one night in the car after which we went home. It is a real scam on their part and those from booking don't go to this flat. everything old and broken is a real waste of money and time. the hosts are very liars and don't answer the phone we stayed 8 hours outside the flat waiting for cleaning people who didn't show up and we had to sleep in the car a real scam on their part. boking.com together with the property kept lying to us that they would send us cleaning services and let us sleep in the car without refunding the money or changing the apartment. I have contacted boking over 10 times without a solution. I ask everyone not to go to this house so as not to go through the trauma that we experienced. The fetus needs a complete makeover and change of everything in the house the pictures are fake or photoshopped they are not real everything is old and rotten I started a lawsuit with my lawyer because of the trauma I experienced from the host and those at boking.com nothing is safe please avoid there are many places where you can stay with

Very bad. Image and reality not matching. Never using booking.com for anything. Worst app ever. The description and reality was far from real.

Very disappointing stay – not as described Unfortunately, the apartment was far below expectations. The foam mattress was uncomfortable and basic necessities like toilet paper, hand wash, and even a bin were missing. The TV didn’t work, and the property had a strong unpleasant smell. We found mould, cobwebs, filthy carpets, and a pillow with no case that was mouldy—completely unhygienic. The place felt unwelcoming and poorly maintained. Would not recommend.

It was horrible they told us it was flat 28A flat 1 which it wasn’t because there was someone else staying there. We tried to complete the online check in hoping it will give us more information but that didn’t work. Then we called the number given on the booking with no answer multiple times with it either being a line that is disconnected or not being answered, the person staying in the flat even tried texting and calling with no reply. After 45 minutes - 1 hour we gave up and went home to book another place to stay because it was getting late and was cold, once we had booked the other hotel they finally replied telling us to complete the online check in and then we get the keys, after trying to explain to them that I had tried multiple times to do so with it not working and that there was someone else staying in the flat we booked they didn’t help, they just said that we must complete the online checking and that we were actually booked for flat 2 when it clearly stated otherwise on the form. We asked for a refund in which they refused and proceeded to tell us to do the online check in which doesn’t work.
