The room was not clean. The bedding was dirty and there was a strong smell of damp throughout. Before arrival, the host asked me to send a photo of my ID over WhatsApp. It was only after they'd seen my photo that they suddenly requested a £300 charge upfront. I'll let other guests draw their own conclusions about the timing. I wasn't comfortable proceeding, so I politely asked for a full refund. They declined. I ended up staying, and it was the worst stay I've ever had. I've used this site for over ten years across many countries and locations, and this is the first review I've ever felt the need to write. Very good location, clean and tidy and the check-in process was really informative and easy.

The sofa bed that I had the misfortune of sleeping on was incredibly uncomfortable 😕 The two that slept on the double bed also said their sleep wasn’t the greatest.

Very convenient for the shops and attractions. Also right opposite the Castle in the historic part of nottingham.

Location was great.

Where to start, apartment was filthy carpets were soiled walls were scuffed everywhere bathroom had 2 toilet rolls for 3 nights stay, no soap in dispensers. Worst part was one of the rooms smelled of mould so bad to the point I slept in the living room armchair. Terrible!! We ended up leaving early. Ruined our weekend away! Never write reviews but compelled to do so.

The location and size of the house are good.

It was stated that there was a washing machine on property, but it was out of service. The staff were helpful and handled the laundry. However, it was a major mistake for the management to rent out the property knowing that the washing machine was broken. Check-in time is very late (3 PM), check-out time (10 AM) is very early. And you are constantly warned about this early check-out time. It's not fair that I can't use 5 hours of a one-day rental.

The room was found very dirty, both rooms and the toilet. The single bed mattress is very poor, that small room had a strong smell from cigarettes. The washing machine did not work. The overall communication with the host was very poor. Very low standards to accommodate 4 people as of description.

Apartment 2 there was 2 fans and they were both broken the tap for the bath was broken and they take ages to give your deposit back

The location is great.

The state of the room was, terrible. Unable to open the windows, mould everywhere is on the glasses. Condoms on floor, mould around bath.
