Good location, near to lots of eateries and a 20 minute walk from Nottingham city centre. Good sized flat, even for 5 of us. Lots of good comms prior to my stay explaining location and where the key safe was.

"Home from Home"

The place was clean and well equipped. As a person with restricted mobility, it was on the ground floor, and there were no internal steps, which was great. It was very comfortable and homely. A very comfortable, good home from home. The location was good too with sufficient local shops and buses. There is also free parking if needed. The contact for the property was always contactable and responded promptly to all of my messages. The stay cones with free Internet and Netflix. There were biscuits, tea, milk etc. on a tray, on arrival, so we could have tea as soon as we arrived. It was all good.

As a family, we ran out of toilet paper as there were only 2 rolls in the bathroom. We did not ask for any more as it was on our last morning there, and we had a lot of tissues as a substitute

The property was lovely. Very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. It was like a home from home. It was also lovely and warm when we first walked in.

Nothing! Everything was perfect. The property is on a very busy main road but we weren’t affected by the noise of the traffic.
