This property was excellent for us: spacious bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, fast internet & Netflix and YouTube options on TV. All utensils were there,laundry machine worked well. The flat is in a cute small house with wooden stairs - which is lovely. It is close to public transportation. There is a park with the kid's playing ground within a walking distance. So many food shops and amazing places to eat around. Especially we liked the place which is located ina former tram depo. The streets are quiet, it was comfortable to be there with children. The owner was reachable via WhatsApp, and responded all our requests. Information how to get the keys came well in time,with pictures how the property looks like. We recommend the place!

Leaving

Everything. The apartment was absolutely filthy, from the urine stained toilet to the furry sweets adorning the lounge floor and the flies we had to sweep up. They don't include pictures of the outside of the premises as it's like something out of Syria. The front door to the apartment (prison) block does not latch properly so any of the delightful local residents can gain access to the communal areas with a gentle tug of the door. As the door to the apartment is right behind this front door, it does not really give a great deal of confidence by way of security. I was told that the agent had been out to check this on the morning of our departure and there was no issue. This story changed once I returned to the premises and filmed the ease at which I could gain entry without a key. Sadly I am unable to upload the video alongside the pictures. The agents are very rude and unhelpful, despite pictures/videos to corroborate all of the above. I include their response below. Not that I should have to explain but we checked in at around 2300 hours after watching the football. I'm not sure the agents would have been able to provide a cleaner and locksmith at that time. The reason for our late checkout was because we were conversing with the agent to tell them the problems and taking the photos they requested. Had we stayed for a week I would agree with some of their response but we spent about 2 waking hours within the apartment, as was explained to them in the morning. We certainly weren't 75 minutes late checking out either but I guess you don't let the truth get in the way of trying to dig yourself out of a hole. Avoid like the plague.

Was contacted on the day of arrival with lock box code. Kayleigh was lovely to deal with and nothing was too much bother. Any messages or queries dealt with quickly. The flat was great for our needs, wifi was good and worked well. Theres everything you need for a great stay, grater, cork screw, plenty cooking utensils, a washing machine and some nice mini toiletries left for us and a refreshment tray with tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits. Bit noisy late night but to be expected as people walk by from pubs. Its hard to find something to dislike at this place
