Having a place to park the car at the back and easy access to city centre by bus. The flat has 2 separate bedrooms and having Netflix on TV was also good. Directions sent to locate the flat were very clear and helpful.

The flat is very close to a busy road, so you can hear the traffic into Notthingham starting at 6.00. What bothered me most, however, was having to pay a €360 deposit in case we broke something in the flat and getting €341 back (5% retained, not 2.5% as advertised) because we paid it by credit card. According to Booking, when we made the reservation, this deposit could be paid cash on arrival but we we were told that this option was not available just the day before we arrived when a girl called Kaleigh contacted us. I don't like last-minute surprises, especially when they cost you money.
