Beautiful apartment, a little tricky to get access at first, but the host was quick to respond and very helpful. The view from the bedroom was perfect, and the location was excellent. Exactly as described on site.

No.teatowels, dishcloths, or sanitiser provided for the kitchen. The dishwasher worked perfectly, though. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher on arrival was disappointing as it appeared the property hadn't been clean throughout, and the surfaces needed a wipe down before use. Otherwise facilities were clean.

Hard to find and access first time.

I appreciated the location, quite and well appointed. It was a bit confusing to figure out how to get the keys out of the lock-box, but it may have been user error on my part! I was quickly supported by their team - so all good.

Very nicely decorated, comfortable and central

Entrance is a little grubby but that’s only the external part.

Location very convenient, all amenities were available, a very well presented flat.

The location was central. The apartment was lovely. Bed was comfortable. I would return here if I were to visit Nottingham again.

We were on the very top floor and there is no lift :( The sofa is uncomfortable. We had a little difficulty getting in first time but luckily someone was there to help :)

No hot water in kitchen.
