NG1 Lofts

I stayed in Nottingham for the weekend as a solo traveller attending a concert. It was the perfect location- right in the centre. Access was convenient with clear instructions and a video of how to access the property. The property was excellent - spacious, warm and comfortable.

Nothing - but be aware that with the flat being on the top floor, you will need to climb several sets of stairs. There was no shower gel/shampoo provided (the bottles were empty), but I bought some from a store nearby.

Very well presented and comfortable accommodation with everything needed for a relaxing stay.

Great location and really lovely clean spacious apartment. NG1 staff were really helpful and quick to reply to any contact with them.

Location was excellent.

Room was sold as accommodating 4 adults in one double bed and one double sofa bed, however there was only space for 3, the double sofa bed was only big enough for one, please see attached photo. Our fourth person had to bring an airbed so there was space. We notified the hosts on the date of arrival, following day and after the stay but all attempts were ignored. There was a feedback questionnaire sent, which I completed but still no response received.

Good location but a dirty alleyway leading to front door and very difficult to get keys out of lock box as not enough lighting to see the numbers.

Access via dirty alleyway. Someone should clean this up.
