OK. Very normal.

1. Booked the place for 3 persons, but only have 2 chairs at the dining table. So one of us have to stand and eat .... 2. We were assigned Room #9 which was at the top floor, we had to carry 2 pieces 20-22kg luggage up 8 flights of stairs all the way to the top floor. It's back breaking work, especially for a couple whose close to 60 years old. 3. Sofa bed was not comfortable at all. If I rolls ever so slightly to one side, it tips over. Not good.

location was excellent. very central

although advertised as having WIFI and TV streaming such as netflix, we were left a full 2 days without any WIFI or functioning TV before being moved to a neighbouring apartment which had WIFI and a TV but still no streaming services for the remainder of our 5 night stay. In both apartments cleaning was substandard and we had to wash the cutlery before using as dirty and the ovengloves were filthy inside. There was food between the cushions on the sofa and in the living area one of the radiators did not work which meant the room was cold as stayed in December.There was no hot water at the kitchen area in apartment 2. finally, the entrance area to the apartment was a health hazard attracting vermin, littered with rubbish and food.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable , comfy bed! Others have complained about noise - we were not disturbed at all on a weekend in December.

No clothes storage except a few hangers, ideally needs a table or small chest of drawers by the bed for lamp etc The bins outside were bad - but that is being dealt with by the other business residents. No warning on the listing that it is the top floor (6 - 8 half flights of stairs?) and no lift. Not a problem for us but could be for others.

Good location. Nice clean apartment. Well equipped. 10 mins walk from train station. Apartment was warm and quiet. Close to nice restaurants, bars and cafés.

Not really a dislike just some practical suggestions - clothes hangers would be useful (only hooks on rail), something to hang coats and wet towels on. Alleyway outside apartment building door a health hazard. Covered in cigarette butts, bird droppings and bird feathers. Clearly built up over a long time. Not a complaint and fine for me but people should be aware that you need to walk up 4 flights of stairs.

Good location and pleasant enough

It was not possible to open the windows more than a crack and so it was extremely hot and stuffy, so the point that we left a day ahead of schedule to get some respite from the discomfort. A single inadequate fan was provided, but this was totally insufficient. Additionally, we were a group of four (two sets of adults) as was made clear at booking (with additional charges being made). At no point was it brought to our attention that the bathroom is en-suite and off the bedroom, meaning that two adults had to walk through the others’ bedroom to use the facilities. In bringing these points to the attention of the properties management, including our need to leave early, they offered nothing by way of explanation or apology for ruining our expensive weekend away, just saying that they would learn from our experience. It was very disappointing and I would not use this company again. Had they sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and discomfort and made some kind of financial gesture to ease our pain, maybe that would have been something, but they refused this.

Tastefully decorated. Very clean. Plenty of utilities. Sound proofing kept the noises of a Saturday night at bay

The bed felt rather short, I know this is dictated by the room size and I am a larger than average human but it still left me uncomfortable and my other half felt it to be too short too
