The location

The customer service was not helpful i was calling them all day and they did not provide any information and we stayed in the street till 10 pm at night till we got into the apartment They took extra charge of 50 pounds aiming that there was a satin that does not cost 5 pounds

Unit was well furnished and had everything that was needed for a few nights.

The entry through a gate into a darkish alley that was crammed with rubbish bins and junk. Apparently this was being cleaned up but can't see where all the bins would normally reside if that was the case.

It's a nice apartment. Great location.

The location was fantastic. The information given about how to find the apartment was 1st class. Any issues were resolved quickly.

We had a few little issues. Firstly there was no key fob in the first key safe. New code given quickly. The booking was made for 3 people, however the apartment was set up in my opinion for 2. We had to ask for an extra bath towel and mug to be delivered. There were no spare pillows for the sofa bed and unfortunately the pillows on the bed were too thin to share. The quilt for the sofa bed is kept under the bed, this should be kept stored in a bedding bag or made up and left over the bottom of the bed, especially if booing is for more than 2 people. I would also have liked a little hoover or dust pan and brush, especially when you’re staying for more than 1 night.
