Apartment close to Fort Saint Angelo

The apartment was very spacious and well-equipped. The price and location were very good, and the host is kind and helpful.

The condition of the bathroom was not very great, but it did the job.

It's awesome

The towels and linen were old and ratty, the electrical sockets were very touch and go (half the time they didn't work), the beds were not comfortable, the decor was hideous, the shower took a long time to get hot and the water pressure was low, the neighbours were very loud - always yelling early in the mornint, and the lighting was terrible.

Great contact with the owner, she was very helpful :) the view from the terrace was lovely and bus stops were only a short walk away.

The apartment is definitely not newly renovated - there was mold on walls connected to the bathroom and near the windows, there was plaster cracking and coming off in multiple places. Kitchen was missing some basic utensils like frying pan, there was also barely any counter space. Kitchen was quite dirty, especially dishes, drying rack and the washing machine. The bathroom was outdated and there was a smelly hole in the wall.

location was excellent. property was very clean.

it needs more work, some of which is ongoing. This will be a great apartment once the electric and bathroom are sorted.
