Brewhouse and Kitchen

The block out curtains!!! Was worried it would be very noisy as it's above the pub but it was actually pretty quiet.

This property needs to be completed renovated. Was filthy dirty and I was scared to touch anything. As there is no dishwasher had to re-wash all the dishes as they were dirty. Was scared the bunk bed was going to break whilst my son was asleep as it was very flimsy. Mould all over the bathroom ceiling. Would not stay here again.

Just be aware they have stairs but no lift. It was okay for my elder parents. The property has only 1 bathroom that delayed our morning start but otherwise all good. Nice location and brewery downstairs.

Terrible communication from the property , they didn’t answer any calls, reply to any messages or voicemails. Boiler went down on the first night (luckily we fixed it), no tea towels in the kitchen for cooking . There’s also a light in the corridor which flashes on and off all through the night and keeps you awake. No communication above check in or check out procedure so, because the pub wasn’t open when we left, just had to leave keys in the apartment

The location, its just a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Hello, I am not satisfied. It was very hot in the rooms, the air conditioning was faulty, and when the window was open, there was a lot of noise and the child was afraid to sleep because the smoke alarm went off at 10:30 pm.

It was lovely having a kitchen and lounge area where we could hang out, beds were super comfy Great location too with lots going on around us, Andy especially liked the kebab shop next door I also loved the customer service which is rare these days, thank you

Nothing really, maybe the noise from the road workers outside in the morning but that’s not to do with the hotel and it will be finished soon

The beds were comfortable

The kitchen equipment was lacking and not up to a decent standard. This needs a total review and update, including provision of crockery that is not chipped, tea towels etc. The bath was scummy and the shower hoze nozzle fell off the 1st time we used it and we could not fit it back (it is an extremely cheap hose assembly) so there was no spray, just a gush of water. There was no non-slip mat provided for the bath. There was no cleaning equipment, dustpan or brushes, cleaning products, not even for the toilet and bath, so we had to provide this. The lounge area seats were uncomfortable and on the whole, we would say this passed as poor student accommodation, where the decoration of the flat had also been finished to a very poor and absolute minimum standard.
